Comments: We purchased an electric TORO 20-inch Cordless Lawn Mower from Austin Outdoor Power. So far it has been great! The only drawback is that the mower is heavier than expected and is a bit hard to push if you have to mow up hill.

Comments: Couldn't be more pleased. Left an OLD Echo trimmer that hadn't been used for 2 years! With Austin Outdoor Power: Counter personnel were efficient & polite; work done faster than expected; cost was cheaper than feared; the machine has NEVER run so well as it does now. Bravo!

Comments: I brought a weedeater head into their shop to be repaired. When they called me to pick it up, is were I found my surprise. The cost of repair was less then the originally quoted price. The repair was completed before the date they had given me. I was treated like one of their large accounts as soon as I walked in the door rather then just a every now and then customer. In my opinion if a person is looking high prices, poor customer services, and long waites until the product is complete. Then they need NOT to go to Austin Power. Great Service. Thanks

Comments: I've been doing lawn care in Austin for 10 years now. Austin Outdoor Power is nowhere near me but I make the trip out there anytime I need parts, gear or service because they make it worth my while.

The bottom line is that Austin Outdoor Power takes care of me. Their turn around time is the best I've found anywhere and I've never walked away feeling overcharged. Quite the contrary! Whenever I get great service I always expect to pay a premium, but this is not the case at Austin Outdoor Power. I think it's just that they are staffed with hard working guys (and girl) who just know what they're doing. From the management to the guy who's helping me load my gear back into my trailer. It's as if they actually care about me running a profitable business myself!

Comments: I recently purchased an Echo 16" gas chainsaw. Jeff was very helpful in assisting me in selecting the right chainsaw for my needs. I absolutely love how easy it is to start and use. I've cut down several trees in my yard in the past two weeks and the Echo actually makes it fun to do the work. It cuts like a hot knife through butter. No lie!!! One of my best purchases ever.

Comments: I just got my 13 year old Snapper rider back from service and I could not be more pleased. Everything I asked to be done was done. The price was 236% cheaper than their competitors estimate. When you find a place like Outdoor Power it's important to support them so they will be there for ya. It's hard to find honest/quality 2/4 cycle mechanics at a fair price. I will be back the next time I need anything for my mower.
